Mandel Group approached Innovative Signs with a comprehensive branding project for Park Lafayette Towers. They wanted signage for:
Exterior Identification: To enhance the building’s visibility and appeal.
Interior Wayfinding: To guide residents and visitors efficiently.
Residential Address Numbers: For easy identification of individual units.
ADA Wayfinding: To ensure compliance with accessibility standards across all floors.
The project was complex, involving both exterior and interior elements. The need to align the exterior signage with the upcoming interior renovation was crucial. Additionally, we had to create a cohesive, modern, and upscale look while integrating various materials from different vendors to achieve a unique corner intersection design. Compliance with city codes for the blade sign added another layer of complexity.
Innovative Signs divided the project into phases to streamline the process:
Phase 1: Exterior Identification Initial focus on enhancing the building’s exterior appearance.
Phase 2: Interior Wayfinding Implementation of wayfinding systems, including residential address numbers and ADA-compliant signage.
Phase 2 Continued: Finalizing additional exterior elements, including a second set of exterior signage to complete the branding.
Breaking the project into phases allowed us to manage the workflow effectively and ensure that each component was completed to the highest standard.
Design Coordination: We worked closely with Mandel Group to narrow down a design that complemented the interior renovations and maintained a modern, upscale aesthetic.
Material Integration: We combined materials from various vendors to create a distinctive look at the building’s corner intersection.
City Code Compliance: We meticulously adhered to city regulations for the blade sign, ensuring both compliance and customer satisfaction.
The result was a beautifully branded building that seamlessly blends exterior and interior signage. Providing clear navigation and a polished look that enhances the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.
