The Challenge
Westrock Residences needed comprehensive and cohesive signage solutions for their new housing development. The project included a custom monument sign, 23 building ID signs for approximately 267 units, address numbers, and a full suite of clubhouse, pool, regulatory, and textured wall wrap signage, all designed to create a consistent, high-end visual identity across the property. The team also faced the challenge of installing the monument sign on a sloped grade to ensure it remained perfectly level.

Innovative Action
We fabricated a custom monument sign with durability and longevity in mind. While the original design called for wood, we recommended aluminum slots with a painted finish to reduce future maintenance and increase lifespan. Slots were carefully placed to account for the slope, ensuring a level and balanced appearance. Additionally, we managed different vinyl colors to match the varied door colors across the property.

Great Results
The final installation exceeded client expectations, delivering clear and effective informational signage for easy wayfinding while maintaining a cohesive brand identity throughout the property.
