Saz’s State House

Project Overview: Our goal was to increase business and visibility among residents of the newer apartments west of Mitchell Manor who travel eastbound on State Street. The project also celebrated Saz’s 80th birthday in 2025.

The Challenge:Our challenge was to recreate the original Highlife girl sign with the Saz’s branding but updated and with new modern materials. Instead of real neon tubing we went with faux neon and cut vinyls.
To make the building standout, perimeter lighting was a great way to emphasis & to improve nighttime and roadside visibility.
