Sign stand-offs are a simple way to transform an ordinary panel into a high-end gallery look.  Adding stand-offs to directional, suite, restroom, wayfinding, donor wall, dedication, or memorial plaques can give a dramatic effect and elevate the quality of the sign installation.

There are three common types of stand-offs used in sign installation; plated finishes, economy, and tamper proof.  The plated finishes option is made of stainless steel or brass.  You can pick from chrome, satin silver, gold, or stainless steel finishes.  This option can be used indoors and outdoors and comes in a variety of sizes.  The economy option can be used the same way as plated finishes but is made of aluminum.  The economy option is also available in a variety of sizes.  The tamper proof option uses locking screws to hold the panel and provide added security.  The tamper proof option comes in chrome, satin silver, gold brushed silver, and brass finishes. With pre-drilling, stand-offs can be mounted to wood, drywall and concrete.

If the idea of drilling holes in your sign is not appealing there are some no-hole options available.  Edge grips give a 3 dimensional effect without holes.  The hardware keeps the sign in place with pressure while the hardware supports the bottom and top.  There are also perpendicular rails that support panels at angles.  This option works great for hallway or corridor usage.
