Meet Lillian Schook, Sign Fabrication Technician!
Meet Lillian, a 19-year-old Fabrication Technician and rising woman in the trades!
Lillian started her career in the trades at Innovative Signs, Inc. After high school, Lillian decided to follow her passion for creating things with her hands. She knew that the desk life was not for her, and she wanted to start off her career in an environment that honored her drive to learn and grow.
Of all of the values that define Innovative Signs, Lillian connects most with “TEAM.” “I love all the people I work with – they teach me and help me learn.”
We are so grateful that Lillian chose to start her career with us. Watch out for this one, folks! She’s going to make her mark as a woman in the trades!
Meet Shawn Hansen, Project Manager and New Team Member!
Shawn Hansen is a project manager who has been in the sign industry for 30 years.
Shawn is a creative at heart. He was drawn to this industry because of the endless ways to create, whether a business needs a basic, small sign to a design for a full vehicle wrap.
When you work with Shawn on a project from scratch, you know you are getting a custom design experience. Shawn innovates in his role by breaking away from the standard signage styles, using shape, size, and concept to make your signs “pop.”
When asked about which values he brings most to his work, he states, “Hard work. Nothing has ever been handed to me. I’ve always worked hard to learn and expand my abilities.”
